LemonLaw.app is an eligibility assessment and attorney referral service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The eligibility assessment is informational only and does not constitute a legal opinion. Results may vary based on state-specific laws and individual case circumstances.
Attorney Referral
We connect consumers with lemon law attorneys in our network. We do not guarantee any specific legal outcome. Attorney-client relationships are formed directly between you and the attorney — LemonLaw.app is not a party to that relationship.
No Upfront Costs
Lemon law attorneys in our network typically work on a contingency basis. Attorney fees are generally recoverable from the manufacturer under applicable lemon law statutes. However, fee arrangements are determined between you and your chosen attorney.
Limitation of Liability
LemonLaw.app provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on eligibility assessment results.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
